A decent expansion to Half-Life that has you playing as the security guard, Barney Calhoun, found in the beginning of Half-Life 1. It's very short so I wouldn't recommend buying it for 5 bucks but if you got it from the Half-Life Complete or Valve Complete Pack Bundle (or even on sale) then you should definitely play it as it isn't that long, and it is classic Half-Life gameplay.

A sorta spin-off of Half-Life that ventures into the whereabouts of Adrian Shepard. It's not very long and similar to Half-Life, near the end of the game it starts to get hectic. Overall, not a bad game since it includes some new weapons not found in the original Half-Life and the story is pretty interesting.

An amazing FPS that revolutionized story telling in shooters. It may look a bit ugly but that's where Black Mesa comes in. Black Mesa is a fan-made remake of Half-Life which was approved by Valve. If you can afford it then buy it instead as Half-Life hasn't aged the best and the last few levels are a pain.

Best anime ever but you can't buy it on Steam anymore.

I bought the game on PS4 a long time ago and only got it again because console frames suck ass. Besides that I enjoy looking at the lobby screen for an hour just to get an iri head huntress. 10/10 would d/c again (btw add cross-progression for PS4 to PC)

Late edit but they finally added it a month ago, and it's across all systems! I had already gotten a PS5 by then where framerate isn't an issue but it's still capped at around 60 on there for some reason

Funny anime game that has decent story and characters and pretty fun gameplay. It has tons of replayability due to the different endings. There's even a functional "fake screen" button.

It's a basic horror game, with a simple idea of not being able to move. The game isn't that difficult and should take like 3-6 hours to beat depending on rng and all that. Would really only get if the game is on sale due to it's short playtime.

Fun horror game where you sacrifice one of your friends to take a picture of a ghost just for you to die because the door's locked. Really the only thing it needs is the ability to play as the ghost and more maps (maybe also make the Asylum easier to navigate because it takes forever to "run" from the ghost room to the entrance).
P.S. The devs should really update the game soon.

Fun game where you yell at the screen and see people point fingers at each other.
