This is the type of game where you initially buy it, have fun with, look up tutorials online, but then realize that to have the full experience, you're expected to spend more than $200 to unlock every ounce of the "additional content". (aka: greedy developers)

All and all, dont bother buying this game unless you don't mind playing the same country every time because over 80% of the other nations are poorly finished and bland without the dlcs

Although this game has a good story and class diversity should be a positive, it's not.

More than half of the archetypes are not viable if you try to play them on/above core (normal difficulty as the game sees it). Most, if not all, monsters in the game will always be superior to you in all aspects with resistances of 30+ cr, meaning you'll struggle to cast spells or hit, unless you're looking at a minmaxing guide on the internet. At this point, the game becomes bland when you realize that you'll never be able to enjoy a mild challenge without giving your character's freedom to a guide, which shouldn't even be a possibility in the first place.

What's more, the game loses value as it progresses, with Act 3 and the mix between managing your character and the crusades, probably the most frustrating part of the game.

The crusades are fine, but as you also have to travel and move around with your characters at some point, you'll most likely come across hordes of demons that spawn indefinitely due to the pace restrictions/unless you brute force your way through the scenario, which forces you to rest, allowing other hordes of demons to spawn, which will inevitably fall upon you, etc.... All and all hours will be wasted by doing the same menial task

Overall, I have no idea if it is due to the poor balancing of this game, but why offer so much possibility if you just end up picking the same feats/abilities every time to even stand a chance ??

This game is clearly lacking any type of support whatsoever, despite this, they still take the time to implement new cosmetics for whales to spend their monthly checks on while their official server is permanently flooded with bots, it's not worth playing.
