I highly recommend this game. With it's blend of both FTL and X-COM style gameplay, it brings out the best of both worlds with very few of what I consider the negatives of each game type.

Sure the graphics are done in a "retro-style", but I for one very much like the way that style lends itself to the overall feeling of a post-apocolyptic world that the game is set in.

While the gameplay may seem simple at first, the further you get into the story, the more complex it becomes. With the ability to unlock new subs and character classes, the replay value of this game is quite high.

Although this game is not perfect (what game is now-a-days), it was obviously crafted with great care and the very small development team has put a tremendous amout of hard work into it, and are continuing to develop it even after release.

All in all, a very solid game that is well worth the investment.
