I will be a little late to class today. I am not sure how late, but I will be there. I have been trying to find a way out of my room for over 20 minutes. There is a very big bug between me and the door and when I move, it moves, and when it flies it's wings make this awful whirring noise like some vassal of horror. We are locked in a stalemate and I am at every disadvantage, and I wholeheartedly believe the bug is aware of this.

Whenever I eat M&Ms, I like to hold two M&M's in between my fingers and squeeze as hard as I can until one M&M cracks. I eat the cracked one, and the one that didn't crack becomes the champion. Then I grab the other M&M, and force it to compete with the champion in this deadly game of M&M gladiators. I do this until I run out of M&M's, and when there is only one M&M left standing, I send a letter to M&M's brand with the champion M&M in it with a note attached that reads: "Please use this M&M for breeding purposes. The champion shall be known simply as M!

I have ben a loyal Starbs gold card holder for 10+ years now and have ben a partner at your now closed location on Vine St. in Cincinnati. The level of corporate greed in the last few years has given me no other choice but to stop giving my business to Starbs altogether. The price increases on all products are ridiculous at best. I understand inflation and rising cost of wages - however, with the amount of hours being cut to the point where partners are no longer able to make a living, and the quality of the drinks and food rapidly declining, myself and many other once loyal Starbs customers/partners do not feel that these price increases are justified at all. To add insult to injury, my free birthday drink reward has not even appeared on my Starbs app for the last 2 years. Now, with the insane level of greed that Starbs is flaunting in our faces, I feel the very least that can be done is ensuring your app works correctly so your customers can enjoy a free drink on their birthday.
