The word ♥♥♥♥♥ isn't that bad in itself. It's not synonymous with the hard R. It got different spelling, pronunciation, definition and use. It's most often used as an endearment and in that context it's alright

I don't encourage it's use, but if used endearingly it shouldn't get the reactions that it's getting.
