The guy in this link appears to have a similar problem to you regarding EAC and BSODs. Running setup opens a CMD prompt and dumps immediately as well. In his case further down - he had malwarebytes installed (who knows how it was configured). Now, it doesn't always 'have to be' malwarebytes, but other av/security could also cause issues - I'd include windows defender in this. Just some things to check/test, or rule out others by clean booting windows. Hopefuly, this, or something gets the game working properly for you. /goodluck~
