If you don't play it every single day, you will never be able to keep up with the hordes of players that do. I personally can't sit and play the same game every single day, constantly. I need more flavor in my life. I tried downloading and playing this game again, but there are just too many tryhards and sweats on this game. I don't enjoy it anymore, and decided to uninstall it and save 70 GB of my hard drive for something else.

It's an OK game. I have been looking forward to this game for a long time now, but I probably hyped myself up too much for it. Graphically speaking, it is a phenomenal game. Some of the game mechanics can be iffy at times, though, such as the grappling hook. Unlike a lot of other players, I don't have anything against Nexon myself. I played the original Vindictus like a madman back in the day.

Unfortunately with this game, there are a few things that I find to be a bit disappointing. I've only played the game for one day at the time of writing this review and I can already tell you, I feel the burnout already. It gets repetitive fast. Admittedly, I feel the same way about other similar games, like Warframe, as well. Maybe I just don't have the tolerance for games of this nature as much as others, so please take that into account. The monetization is very heavy in this game, but that is something that has been happening with Nexon since I played the original Vindictus. My final gripe about this game is that when it comes to these Asian game companies, they typically reject the DEI narrative that is so heavily pushed here in the West in favor of providing good game play and other aspects that people actually want. Unfortunately, there is a minor presence of this here in this game. I can't say for certain, but I can only hypothesis that Nexon bought into it a little bit for this title in order to get Microsoft and Sony to allow the game on their consoles. This includes the physics (you know the ones...) that they advertised the game having in the beta. The full release removes these from all characters except for bunny. And even there, they are heavily toned down. Unfortunate.

Aside from these aspects of the game, I have enjoyed the game fairly well so far.

It's meh. The textures of the body aren't really that great and the sculpting is mid. For 2015, this would be great but as it stands now there are better options.

I went into the game thinking it would be kind of like Minecraft or something, just the Lego version. The game wasn't similar at all. Yes, you can add or remove bricks piece by piece if you so choose. However, I found that to make the game more tedious than anything. Even playing on mouse and keyboard I felt like I lacked the proper control over the build tools. I am an adult and have been playing games for quite a long time now and even I felt like this was too much to try and learn and work with. I didn't even have the desire to try and get a better grasp on it.

I also went into this expecting it to be entirely open world with no invisible walls or end to the map. This was not the case... In fact, I felt like the most of the worlds themselves were so small that you could basically see the entirety of it in a matter of 2-3 minutes. Then you jump in your spaceship and fly to the next planet. This made it feel incredibly boring to me. I wanted an open world where you could just keep running in a straight line over mountains and through valleys and the map just kept going. This is not what you get here. I guess if you love Lego enough this might be a fun game for you, but if you are just a passerby like me who thought it would be entertaining then maybe you want to skip this one. Especially for the price tag.

I am very big on the survival titles. I have quite a few on steam. I do not recommend this game in the slightest, though. This game is very poorly optimized and has not received an update since November of 2022. The game released in 2019. That means in 4 years, the progress has been so incredibly slow that it is hard for me to enjoy this game at all. Don't get me wrong the idea is just fine as it's is something that survival game enthusiasts would enjoy, but the problem is that there are so many other games out there that do this same thing while looking much better and feel a lot smoother. Not to mention get a lot more frequent updates. It honestly feels like the developer only gets to updating the game when they feel like it, instead of dedicating the time to it on a regular basis. I highly recommend passing this one up for now at least. Especially considering the nearly $20 price tag that the game is asking for. There are much better survival games out there right now by developers who regularly update their game.

Just my two cents on the game. I liked it when it first came out to an extent. You obviously have to get around the fact that everything you might want is behind a paywall. There were literally 2 options for outfits for standard, non-paying players. They did add 3 outfits that were basically the same thing, just different variations. All weapons do the same amount of damage, but if you want something that isn't basic, you have to buy a weapon skin. So yes, this game may not be pay to win, but if you want it to look anything like they portrayed it as, then you'll bush out the money. Also, as it stands now, there has not been a single update since early this last spring. The dev's made a quick cash grab and left

Horrible game... Horrible because it's taken so much of my time. I love it. I'll give it all my time. Get the game. I use Chara Studio ALOT! I have a few characters I created, then I go to charastudio and create stories with them. It's been more of an experience for me than I'd ever have thought a hentai game could be. You do need to download the patch to make this game even close to playable too. My first time playing the game was before I knew there was a patch and I was so damn disappointed that I spent so much money on a game that seemed like a flop. That's when I found out you had to download the patch and it made the game a thousand times better. I recommend this game!

This is not a survival game. Not in the traditional sense, at least. The developers used to allow more freedoms when it came to the actual survival and crafting aspect of the game, however, they've changed directions recently. They seem to want drive people together. This game entices you to go to dangerous areas to get the best loot or get gunned down. The type of survival game that I look for is the kind that allows me to live off the land without the need to go to a town or scavenge for resources in houses. A good example is how many crafting items require the need for a sewing kit. You can make a needle and you can make the kit, but only after you've found material needed for the thread. You can't make the thread yourself. You used to be able to sharped your knives by creating a rudimentary sharpening stone. They've taken that out of the game completely now. You used to be able to survive entirely in the woods off of mushrooms you found, aside from the ones that were deemed poisonous. Now, you can't eat the mushrooms by themselves anymore or you will get sick and puke. Can't even cook them without the need of other foods to add with them.

The point I'm trying to make is that this feels more like an open world battle royal game, without a timer or wall forcing you into the map, rather than an actual survival game.

I've always enjoyed this game. For the longest time, this was the only game I would play and I loved it. It may not have been the most well polished game or a game with a good community, but it was still fun in it's own way. I never listened to those overly critical people out there because I always personally enjoyed it. I think that if everyone took a step back and looked at the game for what it is, and not for what it's not or what it could be then I think there would be more people that liked this game. And yes, I understand that people were getting mad about the developers not bringing out consistent updates for this game, but look at it now. The developers are trying to better this game, and they do bring out new updates, and they have upgraded things. I for one think this is a great game.

I'm deleting this game... I have played this game in the past, but just recently tried to start playing again. The problem I run into with this game currently is that I can't join any servers. No it is not my AV or anything else on my end blocking the game, it's an issue on their end. I would not recommend this game until this gets fixed. That should be the number one thing a developer makes sure they keep working, otherwise you have no player base. Once this issue gets fixed, I will try to play again and then change my review.
