This game definitely has a bigger learning curve than Civilization. The game may seem boring at first. However, once you get into the game, it's very fun. You can do alot more in this than you can in Civ.
I wouldn't call this game a replacement for Civ as they are different. Civ is more relaxing and it isn't historically/geographically accurate. EU4 starts off accurate, and then you control what happens.
I recommend the game. If you don't like it at first, give it a chance. There's definitely a leaerning curve.

After playing Portal, I wondered whether the sequel could live up to such an enjoyable game. This game exeeded my expectations.
It seems as if Portal was the "pilot episode" in a television series that introduces the main concepts. Portal 2 could then be considered the fantastic series that comes after the pilot. Portal was a relatively short game. When compared to the longer sequel, it seems like Portal was a beta version of Portal 2.
The details in the game happen to be astonishing. There are times when you can walk around just looking closely at everything.
This game is the fantastic and I strongly recommend it to anyone who enjoyed the first one. If you haven't played the first one, definetely do so and come back to this.
