This game is good.
It tells a fantastic story but at this stage I would definitely get the definitive edition over the original edition.
The extra abilities and game mechanics in the definitive edition just make it better, but it's interesting to see what they game was like originally.

In DE you get : warping around the map, access to your save once completed and added difficulty modes

Am I glad that I played the OG version, hell yes, would I recommend it for a newbie, no. Get the definitive edition.

This game expands beautifully on the first.
You dont NEED to have played Ori and the Blind Forest but you will get more out of it if you do.

Platform, Puzzling and an Action/Adventure game that makes the eyes water with amazing visuals the ears eargasm with fantastic music and a storyline that would make bards weep.

Well worth getting.

Everyone should play this.
But if you're a completionist beware this game. Beware it.

This game had me enchanted like few games do. The story is magnificent. Seriously there have been few stories in games that have captured my attention like this has. The 1980s setting of boom-era Japan is perfect and the whole revolving around money being a key asset in the game really brings it alive.

There is really nothing that I can think of that should put a casual player off of getting and enjoying this game.

The completionist though. Now I like pursuing 100% in games. I will happily grind away on games but this one broke my spirit, back, and mind. The amount of sheer RNG in the completion of this game is foul. The gambling and the JCC, are honestly it's disgusting. I've wasted entire afternoons to this game and honestly I'm fed up of it. I kinda wished someone had told me don't look to complete this because then I wouldn't have invested the time and effort.

This game almost has me left with a salty taste in my mouth and I wish I could go back 60 hours to a point where I reached the peak of my love for this game.

This game runs like an absolute dream. It's so smooth, the action is incredible, and is worth recommending to anyone!
It does not take itself seriously and is thoroughly enjoyable!

Background: I've only played the FF13 series, not great I know but they were my introduction to the FF series.

I started playing this one as people recommended it as being one of the best. It was a bit steep at the start with the Sphere Grid and a few questions I had were answered by the good old internet rather than the game but once I got past the initial few zones I was ready and rearing to go.

In a way this is charming and nostalgic to other games that came out at the time. The voice acting I actually quite enjoy, the touched up visuals are good too and TBH this game is very enjoyable.

Characters are good - if not slightly tropey.
The soundtrack is fantastic.
I haven't finished the game but I'm looking forward to it and I don't think anything could happen that would make me not recommend this game.

Go for it, it's a classic worth experiencing.

A total breath of fresh air in terms of an Assassins Creed series which had been getting more and more stale.
The setting is fantastic and I love it!
The environment despite being mostly sand is good and varied, from Oases to flooded nile cities to Alexandria.
Overall, very enjoyable and the RPG elements give it a different breath of life. Will definitely play this one to the end!

This game is still very good the DLCs are a nice extension of the game, if you're looking for more of the same then you'll find it here. I think that the Season Pass was definitely worth it and I wouldn't recommend getting the base game by itself, if you can get the Gold Edition.

The Curse of the Pharoah DLC got a little samey, lots of investigations which were the parts that I liked least but as a game that I got 100 hours out of and paid £15 for. Top Notch!

When you can get a game, this game is great fun. Much better with a party that you know.
For a very small fee you get loads of repeatable fun, great banter and you'll keep coming back.
Because this is free on mobile you get some people who have particularly bad ping or connections so drop outs are frequent, but on the whole this doesn't really effect anything

Great casual fun! Season model makes me think they'll keep this one running for a bit.
Player base is good with some basic anti-cheat being employed.
Overall, very well recommended. Fantastic with friends.

This is not a season pass, it doesn't give you access to all the DLC.
