Following patch 1.04 the game now loads on my PC - huzzah! So I've got about 17hrs in - playing buttery smooth on my RTX 2070 Super at around 60 FPS. If I turn RTX on frames drop to a stuttering 15 to 20 at best.

Thats not an issue I can live with that. The problem I still have are the number of bugs - some game breaking where I can not progress a mission cause an enemy has decided to float through a wall some just annoying such as cars that float or chopsticks that hang in mid air!

But if you can live with that then yes I would give the game a go - bur if you have a low spec PC then don't expect amazing results!

Refund Requested....The game just doesn't launch, I've tried everything, uninstalling drivers, re-installing drivers, removing programmes that have overlay capability, removing the C++ stuff and re-installing it - I'm done - should not have to go through all of that for a game - especially for a game so highly anticipated and delayed for so long as it "wasn't ready before".
