To all friends of Joe (AKA Psycho Dragon):

As many of you know Joe is no longer with us. This is his older brother Chris who is writing this. I am going through his accounts and other belongings for personal and family reasons relating to his death. If at any point you see any of his accounts online, and it brings you feelings of sorrow, than I am sorry. This is very difficult for me as well. When I am finished with the accounts, I MAY give some of them to another family member, if it is not too sad. IF another family member receives any of Joe's accounts, he may change the names.

Also, Joe's family received many of the tributes that his online friends made for him. If anybody reads this, please know that I and all of his family were deeply touched by the tributes, and the work that someone did to make sure that his family received them. I am sincerely thankful to have seen those tributes.
