Early Access Review
I will say personally, this is one of the few horror/scary games that I have personally enjoyed in my time playing video games. I'm personally not a fan of scary games, but my friends came up to me talking about this game. After looking at videos on the game, I decided to give it a shot. I have to say that this has to be one of my favorite games of 2020. Being able to feel like you are actually ghost hunters looking for ghosts with equipment is really fun (Not like those fake ghost hunting shows). The funniest stuff is either walking in yelling out the ghost's name to see what happens, or playing grudge noises/ heavy walking sound effects over your mic to spook your friends. The only part that I still found absolutely terrifying is when you hear those heavy footsteps as it hunts you (like crap I'm clenching when I hear those steps and see my light flashing). The only real issue I found in the game was with the crucifix side objective. It might just be because we were really bad, but we tried multiple times to place it where we thought the ghost was to prevent haunting but it never counted it.

Finally, I wanted to give some suggestions for the likely expansion of this game when it comes to a full release in 2021. These are mostly map ideas, as the core gameplay in my opinion is amazing how it is. Some of these map ideas may be a bit big for the game but I believe the ideas are really cool to be considered. Abandoned Castle (like one from Ghost Hunters show possibly), Chuck e Cheese or Arcade (I think this game would be cool with a map kinda like from fnaf games, overall I think it would be dope), Old park or Abandoned Amusement Park (I think open style maps would be an interesting change of pace to the gameplay, also I know an Amusement park may be a big idea but thought it would be cool), and a cemetery or abandoned church (why not, think most people would agree on these at least).

Overall, I would recommend giving this game a try to anyone, even if you aren't really a fan of the whole horror genre in gaming. I will also say this game is one million times better with friends.
