I got the platinum on PS4. I'd do it again on PC if I had the hardware.
It's a gorgeous and extremely immersive game, marred only by mediocre dialogue, subpar cutscenes, and a shaky finale. Performance is also a bit iffy on modern tech, but there's ways to fix that. 10/10 for fans of the franchise and just retro-futuristic things in general.

An absolutely phenomenal game, if a bit niche.
You take the role of a child, fallen underground to the land of monsters. You embark on a journey to escape. Other than that, everything you do is up to you.
There are 3 main gameplay paths: Neutral (kill some things), Pacifist (don't kill anything), and Genocide (kill everything). Each one can lead to distinct playthroughs and endings, especialy the Genocide run.
What sells this game the most is it's incedibly well-realized characters. Each character feels like a real person complete with a past, apirations, secrets, and genuine emotion. (I know for a fact I'll never play genocide. I love everyone too damn much.)
However, this game isn't for everyone. If you're not a fan of old 8-bit style RPG's, there's little to no chance you'll ever want to play this. But I highly urge you to reconsider.

Absolutely amazing.
Despite what people say about Skytrim, you can't really know until you've experienced it. And not only is the base game fantastic on it's own, but it has Steam Workshop on it too! You can get mods directly off of steam for it!
In addition load times are surprisingly low, with the lowest setting loading a lag-free, 20 second Skyrim. And Skyrim is a massive area containing hundreds of NPCs.
Bethesda has outdone themselves this time. Well done.

A great game, much better and unrealistic than Call of Duty, and it's free?! You'd be crazy to not try this out!
