balance is good compared to the base game with not that many one shots like survivors had the boss fight is also far less messy, i like the boi-esque alt path i havent had any bugs and i like the additional skins for each character.

keyword system makes learning the game a headache* as well as other general onboarding issues that really need to be cleaned up.
*while there is a player glossaru and sometimes u can see text boxes on pickups describing what an effect actually does theyre either not present on some effects for no particular reason or are just bugged and wont show up for that reason. it makes starting the game and structuring what ur build is a mess built on "i hope this works the way i want it to"

love the scrap-assembeled robot designs epsecially letting women be like. wonky and square and asymmetrical.

whats the point in having fat options if theyre all so ♥♥♥♥ theyre nigh unusable. theres 3 sliders that all do the same thing and look horrendous meanwhile theres no hips slider other than leg offset or any sort of waist cinch control so its only good for making barrel belly bear men and goes out the window for any sort of feminine body shape.

remarkable how little there is to the game when ur just walking through randomly generated dungeons with no level curve or any strategic changes between them

if the main bads werent swarms. this would be really good. instead its just good. mark up from the main game in a lot of aspects (except bugginess, shifter has been very buggy for me) with more interactivity with the world including being able to cast spells to solve problems. like remove disease to cure disease. making quests have multiple solutions.

almost good, relying on puzzle solving and less just fighty fight solve problems sounds good until u realise this system. is not built for it and is often just fight to find a then go pujt it in b. the lack of a full party is also disappointing tho it is nice to actually be able to respec ur characters from scratch - minus the fact that levels are as scarce as they come in this.

its missing a certain something that prevents it from having as much replayability as it should - perhaps the classes feeling too samey - but its enjoyable and worth the money even if its not a timesink
