This is the best 3GB I ever installed. It hypes me up for the real Expansion and gives me something to tinker with in the mean-time. The program has some problems with the frame-rate (at least for me) and you obviously can't use any modded clothing or other customisation-stuff. But that'll be in the real game soon enough. For now, this is a dream come true for me. Thank you, Firaxis! You're awesome! (especially you, Jake)

If you haven't played Red Alert 3 yet, do it now. The game is one of my favourite RTS-Games of all time.
Only one fair warning for fans of the old Red Alert games: This game takes nothing seriously! It's completely wacky in story and gameplay. Also, get the mod "Shock Therapy". It balances out some over- or underpowered units and adds units from the Uprising-expansion.

Whoa, what a hell of an adventure this was!
I'm really impressed by this game, I really am. So, I'm going to judge this game as a standalone game and not as a part of the Saints Row franchise.
First off, the Story:
An evil Alien Overlord, named Zinyak, wants to enslave Humanity and before that the Boss of the Saints became President of the United States and before that the Boss prevented Cyrus from SR3 from nuking Washington DC and...
Okay, you know what, just play the bloody game if you want to know the story.
All you need to know is, that alot of older characters make an appearance. And for those of you, who played the previous games: Johnny's back!
Secondly, the Gameplay and Presentation:
This game is a Open-World-Game with lots of things to do! You have Challenges, Lots of optional Quests, Collectibles and a bunch of other Activities (VANDALISM all the way!). So you'll spend alot of time roaming the city and that's where the fun Super-Powers come into place, because this Game actually (for the most part) plays inside of a Simulation! This means, that you can sprint super fast(which makes cars almost useless), jump up walls, Shoot fireballs, groundstomp, throw things around with Telekinesis and just have fun wrecking the Simulation! This game also features a Wanted-System, that increases the more destructive you get. But, instead of increasing to the highest Wanted-level, and just staying there until you die, you get a Mini-Boss-Battle at the End, which is really fun and challenging. And as soon as you beat that Boss, your Wanted-Level goes down to Zero again, which, in my Opinion, is much more fun than hiding until your level decreases again.

So, in the End, Saints Row IV is the perfect game for F#cking things up, and wreaking Havoc upon a virtual World! Oh, and did I mention this game has CO-OP for double the Fun?!
Just get this game and have yourself a fun time!

Alright, so I used this program for quite a while now and I gotta be honest, I don't get the Hate this program is getting.
Of course it's easier to use it for 1 hour and say, that it lacks variety and it's a piece of garbage and etc.
But, I'm here to tell you, that this is the best program to use, if you ever wanted to make your own Manga!
Pros:
-Easy to use
-A LOT of poses, that can be modified (at least with finger posing)
-A LOT of facial expressions to use
Cons:
-Lacking in the clothing department
-Not really worth the full price tag(I suggest you get the bundle, while it's at a lower price tag)

So, if you'd like to make your own Manga, this is for you!
But get it as a bundle, while it's a bit cheaper.
And while you're at it, get the 'Casual Clothing DLC', because it will help you to make more individual Characters.
