This game is really good until you get to the lost kin boss. The devs clearly didn't even play test that monstrosity. All enjoyment I had from the game previously was ruined and it just left me depressed. Whats the point of playing a game if there are points where it is just not fun and you would rather be working a nine to five. At least there you get payed for your suffering, unlike here where you pay to suffer. If it's not fun, then why bother? If a game is not fun for the entire play through, then it is not worth your money. Is that really too much to ask for? To enjoy the game for the entire time your playing it? If they just reworked that boss and changed nothing else about the game, then I would recommend it. The existence of that boss prevents me from leaving a positive review of the game. Sad!

This game is basically smash bros. if it was made by an eleven year old. One of my first matches was against someone who spammed the teleport behind me move and attack with some character. That was all he did for the entire match. I had to just wait for him to teleport behind me from across the map and then punish him. However, I could not punish him when he was activating teleport because he had super armor and a hit box that was also a kill move. Was not a hard fight but was probably the least fun I have ever had playing a smash type game in my life. Would have rather been fighting meta knight brawl. Do not play this game, go put the money down for rivals of aether and you will have a far better experience. Plus that game has a workshop so you are not limited to the characters in the standard roster either. This game is also unbelievably slow and clunky. If you have ever played a smash game in your life and were interested in playing a new one. Do not play this one. This is the worst smash clone I have ever seen and it is filled with all the new predatory game practices that modern games have. Plus the game lacks a quit button for me at least and matching with your friends in custom games is broken. This may have been free but I still feel scammed because I had to make a Warner Bros. account. Miserable experience. 0/10. Just go buy rivals of aether.

Unironically the worse game I think I have ever played. I bought it because it looked very funny, I mean look at that last picture, it looks like elon musk is fighting an alien. I payed 0.49 cents for this and still wanted my money back. Normally I never refund games on steam because I like to keep even the bad games in my library for the meme but this was actually unplayable. Don't buy this even as a joke, maybe you can gift it to people as a joke because it is actually 30 times worse than bad rats. Though, they probably won't want to be your friend anymore...

This game is pretty good but the first match I played, I was on the left but my controls were on the right. I did not realize this and got completely wobbled in the first match. Despite the game being good, that atrocious oversight is enough for me to not recommend the game. Devs were clearly not thinking about how anyone would experience the game for the first time. Incredibly frustrating and such a horrid blunder for such a good game. Shame!

After playing the game more as the cowboy, I can say that the only matches that I played that were fun were the ones where I was also fighting another cowboy, regardless of whether I won or lost. Games felt decided at the start like it was rock, paper, scissors based on which character you picked and it was only fun with cowboy vs. cowboy probably because we both had the same character and thus the same moves.

Also the fact that you can't use the DI feature to help you get out of being comboed is a crime.

Friend made me play this, character creator is amazing, made an abomination, will never play again. Since it was free and the character creator was fun to mess around with, it was worth it I guess. Don't know how the rest of the game is, will never find out because I don't care. Wish more games had character creators like this one though.

The camera gives me flashbacks to attempting to aim flood in super mario sunshine.

This game is pretty good but the final boss of the story on the hardest difficultly was unbelievably painful to fight. I just kept throwing myself at him over and over again until one of my attacks on my many lives actually decided to do damage on a critical spot killing the boss almost instantly. That was the last achievement I needed to have them all so I suffered through fighting that awful boss until I won. You also get stuck with which ever robot you last took over when you fight that boss and I had a terrible one so I either had to throw myself at the boss over and over again like I did or play the whole level over again and hope would I get a better robot to fight the boss with. Other than the final boss of the story on the hardest difficulty the rest of the game is pretty fun.

This game is less optimized than giraffe town.

This is probably one of the worst video games I have ever played. The multiplayer pvp is completely unbalanced, the story was written by a 12 year old, the campaign missions are really boring, and the rest of the game modes they give you are really underwhelming and you will never actually play them unless you want the rewards. The only fun things to play are the raids, but you need to find 6 people to play them with as they have no in game queue for raids. Plus, to actually get access to all of this garbage you have to pay for all the really overpriced dlcs. The worst part is that this is also one of the most addicting games out there so I cannot stop playing this dumpster fire of a video game. I have been playing since the launch of destiny 1 and somehow they just keep making the game worse. Save yourself and do not even try to play the game even though it is free, the game is not actually free, the cost is just something other than money (and also your money when you inevitably buy the dlcs).

The game is even worse now over a year later and i'm not even going to bother really describing why since it doesn't actually matter plus no one will read this anyway. I am sure they will continue to fumble the ball even more into the future as is their style. When they do make something fun, it's a fluke, and they are guaranteed to ruin it. Either it does not last long at all as the activity is short with no replay value or it gets removed from the game in its entirety. For anyone familiar with the game kurtzpel, this game is on the same path as that one. Just ignore this game and move on with your life, it was once fun but will never be again. At least, not until every employee at bungie is fired a la Elon Musk twitter take over style, INCOMPETENT PEOPLE.

I would pay the whole price of the game for just Halo:Reach alone.
