Early Access Review
The game says I played for 4 hours but most of that was loading and queue times. Before you click away keep in mind this was on the launch day of an MMO and 20,000 people tried to log on at the same time and the game was still playable. The Dev's kept in constant contact with us and worked tirelessly to keep us online and having fun. And man did I have fun. The absolute thrill of finding a new TemTem and wondering "whats that?! What does it do? I want it!" makes me want to keep coming back for more. My game is updating the latest patch while I write this and I plan to spend my entire day off exploring this world.

TLDR: Great Game. Great Dev's. Early Access so a little buggy, but totally worth it in my opinion and I have played quite a few early access titles.

I have poured at least triple the hours I have on this game on the Switch version which is still on 1.1 I believe. There is so much more to do in this version and I still haven't done it all. Great way to just pass the time

I was cautious of this game. It isn't my normal cup of tea. But it has a fun style and a good tutorial. I can't really describe why I came back to play it again, just that I was having fun and wanted to have more fun. I'm still at the start but I feel like I will keep playing to see just how absurd I can get my deck and how intense the higher tier fights can get.

Did not get missions or weapon. 14 bucks well spent. Also heard it's being nerf'd soon anyway.

The 4 hours I have on record was a recording session I did for youtube but never uploaded. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy this game. In those four hours I really felt like I was this Nameless noobie hacker who stumbled into this world of stealing files and erasing any trace of myself. And then I messed with the wrong guy and he deleted my WHOLE SYSTEM. I had to use text commands to navigate to someone elses computer, steal a new set of system files and make them my own to get back on track. I haven't played since, but seeing this being available for FREE now, I highly recommend you pounce on this chance for this amazing game.

Side Note: I haven't played this game in a while because I have to start over and relearn it and just can't handle that right now. It's pretty intense.

I'm a speedrunner and came across this game in a facebook group. Now, I'm pretty bad at most shooters, so when this game was brought to my attention I ignored it, at first anyway. But then people started talking about it and how fun a speedgame it was and I decided I would give it a shot. I've only run the tutorial and first level so far but I'm pretty pumped to learn more about this game.

So far it seems that the end goal is simply to go fast. There are enemies, and they have decent aim, but not godly, and not stormtrooper. It seems well balanced. The controls were a bit sticky for me at first, but there's a decent amount of options to make it run smoother and to each person's personal taste.

Like most games, the graphics started out at the EPIC setting, but the game still ran decently enough for me to adjust it without having to wait an age and a day to be able to move the mouse(looking at you Fallout 4)

Once you get into the main gameplay, it's pretty smooth. You get a gun, dunno how ammo really works as I focused more on Fast and less on Shoot, which this game lets you do. You can fight, or you can run. Or you can fight AND run. Got a few cool headshots while just literally running and gunning.

As a speedrunner, I have a tendance to poke and prod games and its possible with your double jump to get over the 'Checkpoint Gates' as I have been calling them. But hitting these triggers the next part of the level to be built or 'load'. A cool concept and it leaves the world to build less all at once(I think?)

I had many many many many deaths from just trying to go fast without knowing the level. The arrows are really important and have yet to lead my astray. Some doors just open, others need a switch(which you can shoot from a distance to open doors faster). The doors that need a switch have a big blue circle switch thing on the wall next to the door.

Now, yes, I did get the game for free(because I'm in a facebook group and stated my interest)
But I would spend the 10 bucks on this game. If you are skeptical, watch some vids, see if a friend has it, ask their opinion, wait for a sale, I dunno. But whatever you do, make sure to pick it up and to go fast.

Early Access Review
I've had my hands on this game for quite a while now and I really wish I had more time to play it. The puzzles are challenging, the gameplay is amazing, the combat feels so smooth and what story I have had the chance to see is amazing and funny. It reminds me of the days of Dot Hack. I play with a gamepad but it runs rather well on either gamepad or Mouse and Keyboard. Your combat options change a little depending on which you choose, but not in a bad way, its more of a comfort thing really. I feel its worth the $20 and at the time of posting this (10/14/2017) its on sale for $16.99. You can also give the demo a try. I HIGHLY recommend this game.

Upon stumbling across this again (found it in my Queue of all things) my exact words were
"I played this. This sucked. This sucked donkey dong." and proceeded to type this for your review enjoyment, and move on.

The game is TERRIBLE. Controls, camera, tutorial, 'questing' all of it just terrible. God and don't get me started on the voice acting...Save yourself the trouble on this one guys, trust me.

You know, I was really excited to give this a good try. But then this happened.

ERROR
Please Use Steam to Start Duelyst
Steam must be running and logged in.

I am logged in to Steam. I am online. I am using the Steam Launcher to start the game. Which took 2 hours to install for some odd reason. So I figure maybe something is wrong with my computer. I log out of steam, I log back in, same error. I restart my computer, log in to steam, same error. Log out of Steam, Log in to Steam, SAME.ERROR.

10/10 would wait 2 hours to uninstall again.

If someone would tell me how to post pics in these things I could show a screenshot of the madness I endured.
