cool prem it is, ok so when you load the game up you will see the option join online game... do that...then on the right of the screen there will be a box to tick that says show friends, tick that and it should show my game called mcfadden1978 it will ask for a password this is also mcfadden1978 and then you will be in the game, all you have to do then is go to the the otions on the right and click on add manager.....give me a couple minutes before you do this though
