Despite me really enjoying Payday 3 and wanting it to succeed, the unable servers making me lag or outright not even able to play the game and the requirement of completing challenges to level up with the challenge menu itself being a disorganized and buggy mess is something that even I can't look over.

Would recommend waiting on purchasing until the servers are fixed and some quality of life changes come.

UPDATED REVIEW 12/4/18:

Came back to this game very recently after hearing that it finally got out of Alpha and into beta. All I can say is how much the game has improved. The overall optimization has greatly improved since I had lasted played and overall looks better. While I do feel the price may be still a little steep; It is a game that is worth checking out now if you like a more hardcore survival experience.

Bought this game 4 years ago. It used to be quite fun and ran alright at the time. Me and my friends who also got this game were grouped up and overall having a blast. It was buggy but I was hopeful that they would be fixed overtime. Checking back recently, nothing has changed at all, it still has a lot of bugs, and is now even less optimized to the point where it barely runs. After 4 years in alpha with barely any changes, I cannot recommend this game at all, especially with much better and cheaper alternatives on the market that are updated much more frequently than this game.
