Never played a crpg before but an old friend showed this to me and it ended up being one of the greatest games I've ever played.

I did not expect to like a top-down, platforming heavy, rng-based looter souls-like but here we are. Most of the complaints from other reviews were quite reactionary and did not give the game a chance. The devs have since reduced durability degradation since release but it wasn't really necessary, people are just genuinely bad at this game and can't manage their resources or make proper use of various game mechanics.

I'm excited for the implementation of pvp but the dev team may have trouble balancing the game after seeing some of these insane builds (parry ring). My only complaint is the fact there are too many weapons that require heavy investment into multiple attributes, but that is quite subjective. Also, consider allowing us to wield unusable weapons so we can at least see the moveset and see if its worth investing the attributes into it.

Overall great game, its unfortunate they stuck with the old system of having only one save file though. Obviously performance should've been better as well. The MTX that people complain about are a complete non-issue in this game, everything is achievable with in-game currency. There's also lots of lies being spread about paying for save files and fast travelling, which aren't true at all.

Fix this ♥♥♥♥ man, what's going on EA. Fix the servers man we tryna play online right now, y'all got us all ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ clogged up like the freeway. Get it together EA
