Don't click on the link for 'Flipleague' or sign in through steam. Never 'sign in through steam', that's how you compromise your account.

This account has been hacked, they can't even speak english, yet they're from Arizona. Not the person you used to know.

If you know him IRL, please contact him so he can message steam about recovering his account.

If you signed in on that Flipleague website, and are reading this, immediately change all your account password and related things, check your paypal and linked credit cards, etc.

If your email password is similar, change that too.
