so, to start this off im gonna be honest.
i torrented the game at first. after seeing a video review i just had to try it
after starting the game i already got sucked in by the atmosphere set.

i personally dont like top down games or twinstick shooters. and when it comes to gameplay this is basicly both.
but, i love survival horror. and after having completed this gem i can safely say that this might be the single most tense survival horror game i ever had the pleasure to experience. the locations, the visuals, the music. they all work together to give you a certain feeling of uneasiness.

your character only has a limited vision cone so you will often find yourself looking around just to make sure you are safe.
one genious thing the devs did with this is that sometimes the things outside the vision cone will look differently then when you look at them. for example, theres this house that looks ok when your character doesnt look at it. but once you look at it you will see how decrepid the building is. this goes the other way around as well. the disturbing visuals are often hidden until your character looks at it.

so, i torrented it but had to buy it. if my friends ever say they are interrested in this game i will buy it for them as well.
if i can throw more money towards this game then i will.

also. as a true survival horror game, you can either complete it within a few hours. or get lost in the world and its inhabitants and play it for up to 40-50 hours
