It's kinda like if Resident Evil and Dark Souls had a dirt baby.

The story is pretty convoluted and fps drops happen quite often. But despite these problems, you'll find yourself a very flashy, fun, and challenging hack'n slash. It's also a dating sim for some reason.

Easily, this is the best fighting game out there right now. I would highly recommend this game to anyone into anime styled games or fighting games in general.

Pros:
-Amazing action game-like tutorials
-Specific matchup practice
-Second to none aesthetics
-Large roster full of unique characters
-One of the most amazing video game soundtracks to bless my ears
-Easy to pick up mechanics and basic fundamentals
-It's still being updated
-It's not Street Fighter V

Cons:
-Matchmaking could use some work
-The community is not as big as it should be
-$50 is a lot considering you can get this game on PS4 for $20
-DLC is pretty expensive, $5 for each character
-This game is developed by Arc System Works, so they'll make a new one every year, making you buy another $60 release and rendering this game obsolete

Overall, I think this game is a welcome addition to anyone's library. There's plenty of single player content, but this game really shines if you have at least one friend to play with. Although, definitely wait for a sale.
