Seems like a dumbed down version of Polaris Sector (which incidentally required *way* less pointless micromanagement), which is already one of the more shallow 4x games on the market...

good game, but rapidly getting worse since epic acquired psyonix.

-hard to navigate UI that shows controller keys even though the game seems to be made for mouse+kb (changing the resolution was challenging and I already thought it had crashed due to stupid interface (you had to click right of the save button, not on it, to close the settings screen - esc/the 'B' key on your keyboard didn't work even though it showed 'press B to save')
-long waiting time for match; after people were found it still let me wait another minute - at the end of which most of the found players had already left the queue
-counterintuitive character selection; shop sells characters but you seem to be able to select them; mouse doesn't work, only wasd navigation of the touchscreen like UI allowed
-finally found match: I see my character falling from the sky into some hole in the map and get a message 'you died', followed by 'you were killed by' without any cause stated
-'lost connection' screen directly after the 'you were killed by' one

in the current state it should not even be on early access; unless the devs completely revamp the UI and fix the gamebreaking bugs you should stay clear of this

Was a good game once, but balance and gameplay are getting worse with each patch. Time to move on.

Probably the best RTS game I've ever played. Story is great, Gameplay is awesome once you get used to the focus on macro management (takes a couple hours if you are used to micro-RTS).

an easy to learn, hard to master game with strategic depth and a good balance. although generally more macro-oriented, on some maps it becomes really micro-intensive.
