Two years later, the second expansion of the season pass is still not released (but it's still for sale).
No communication whatsoever about the situation from Romero Games.
Shame on you Romero Games for your fraudulent practices.

A good mix between a Hearts of Iron and a CIv, with a ton a unique game features (the logistic system is my personnal favorite). If you have enough patience to handle the steep learning curve (mostly because of a minimal tutorial, no youtube videos to learn from and an atrocious UI), you will find an extremely satisfying/rewarding grand strategy game.

Game's good.
Follow this few advices and you will not have the frustrated experience that some players seems to have :

1: Don't do schemes in a region where a super agent is and he will never visit you (except during some scripted campaign mission i guess)

2: Recruit henchmen. They are more difficult to recruit than in the first episode but they can't die, even of the hand of super agents. And some of them are incredibly potent against agents. Eli Barracuda, with is six shooter, can take care of Agent X single-handidly for exemple.

3: MOST IMPORTANTLY, advance in the campagn to unlock the biologist fast. It's not clearly mentionned in the game but you will find a technologic wall with multiple hours without new content to research if you don't progress two missions after the mission were you unlock your doomsday device.

4: Finally, take your time to unlock stuff and try differents trap/lair layout to maximise your efficiency. Some campaign mission are design to let you breathe, don't waste them.

Rebel Inc + Tropico = One great unique little gem of a game.
