Unlocking the weapons in this game is painfully slow. It's just a pay to win dumpster fire with painfully slow progression.

It fills that co-op gaming need I haven't found since Left 4 Dead but with bugs and democracy. Highly recommended, 5/7 freedom units.

It's my favorite in the souls series so far.

It's been worth replaying to find all of the interesting side quests. This feels polished enough to enjoy and buggy enough to know it's a work-in-progress. Being able to group up from the camp before fast traveling to somewhere new is needed as fast traveling each character to a new location is tedious and sometimes deadly. When grouped up, if some party members jump to a new location, the AIs will run around the map to find a new way to regroup, this is all good until it aggros a ton of enemies, initiating a combat randomly. Autosaving when fast traveling would be great. It's beneficial to let players attack objects, but it's a major issue to burn a player's turn if they click to swing on a non-target. Having high ground is fun, and OP. Making a ranger or any character with powerful ranged attacks will dominate from high positions, so adjusting this to make it less powerful for enemies and players would be good. I will be excited to keep playing this title as it progresses. It's a fun experience for single-player or co-op.

I loved this series, but I was invaded by a hacker who made me die an infinite amount of times, and i have to start my run all over again from scratch. The game is great, but this ruined the experience. Is there nothing I can do about it?

I have never had a development team that impressed me as much as this one does constantly with all of the playable characters, weapons, and game changes. Try not to sink too much money into it, seriously. Great trading system, great multiplayer experience, and good replayable content.
