I was crawling through the dirt and i was getting shot at, needless to say I was gettinga raging hard from the bullets. The enemy had no way to stop me from bending them over a barrel and showing them the 50 states. My erection lasted well over 4 hours but I did not call the doctor, just kept sprinting at them with my m249.

The realism is phenominal. If you are looking for immersion, this is what you should play. Much of the game is spent looking for who the hell is shooting you. Also nothing is more fulfilling than crawling 100 yards and getting sniped.
