*edit: after first major update a lot of my issues with the game have been solved by the developers and this is an edit to reflect that.

Issues I still have with the game:
-default difficulty is leagues higher than it should be. We're talking high accuracy arrows that will hit for half your hp (or 1/4 if you block it) the game felt manageable but still relatively difficult with enemies set to 20% of normal damage, that is just ridiculous.
-AI shouldnt be able to parry, they always time it perfect so youre forced into the parry meta when dealing with humanoids
-parry meta, like above, since humanoids can always parry you the way to deal with them is parry them every time they try to attack so they get stunned. Some enemies have CC immunity though so good luck fighting them.
-severe lack of vanity customization, itd be nice to customize our tribesmen to be more to our tastes rather than anorexic dwarves with bowlcuts

Other than those issues the game has already come a long way in a short amount of time with incredibly receptive devs. I now think I can recommend this game.
