Good game alot of content.
Should not have been broken on launch and had content removed, try again next time

A great game everyone who loves the souls games should play, the game is amazing and has a ton of content, however i am still leaving a bad review for this due to the inexcusable state the game was launched in make sure the game works properly on day 1 and do better next time

allows steam controller however Outright Blocks mouse and keymapping functions of the steam controller api Making the steam controller useless as it needs a mouse and gyro mode

great game so far has very big problems the game seems to block steam input so no steam controller support, the game blocks controller + mouse and only allows one or the other so im stuck with either using a keyboard + mouse or a controller in pve which sucks because on one hand i lose haptic feedback and accurate movement and on the other i lose precision aiming. the game also will not support the ps4 controller wirelessly. Bungie fix this to support the steam controller and i will change my review

The game is unplayable, they screwed up the steam controller and its now a jittery mess if u set it to mouse mode which is what it was on by default before the update, now its on some stupid virtual analog stick camera, fix the camera for my steam controller the way you had it before this update and i may consider chaging my review

Updated review. after playing this game with a ps4 controller yes steam controller is STILL BROKEN, I come to find out base building mechanics which were in the game since 2016 are broken, hydrophincs trays aren't allowing me to place them in my structures in the same spots as others, floor panels don't snap to positions they should go to, and my bases keep getting refilled by the terrain. HELLO GAMES STOP RELEASING UPDATES FOR AWHILE AND FIX THE BUGGY MESS AND THE FEATURES YOU HAD MESSED UP SINCE 2016!!

Updated Review. the control problems has been fixed and I have not had a single problem out of the game since they were patched if I run across anymore issues i will be sure to let everyone know. so far the game has been pretty great

1. IGNORE the bad reviews played a few matches not a single DC or crash so far
2. yes the free version does not have alot of content they should not have called it free but rather a demo of the game used to saturate multiplayer IF YOU WANT THE GAME BUY IT its that simple

pros
a nice generational leap over the previous titles with nicer mechanics
really nice graphics
60fps as opposed to the ps4's 30fps lock
nice price point for not only the full game but the digital deluxe edition
it detects what controller your using so button prompts will match

cons
match making does take a bit but it is nowhere near as long as people make it out to be
