Simply put, the developers of this game, Freejam, accidently made a great game, developed pride from their success and then made a lot of small, bad choices and a few big ones and thus borked their game, while still being to prideful and ignorant to admit their mistakes nor understand them.

I recommend looking for a different game. This game has bad developers.

If you have played this game and experienced the same loss as I did then please write a review. Not for the Devs because they don't care, but to save others from playing a game with such hazardous Devs.
