It is quite hard, which makes it far more satisfing when you finally beat a boss or run and gun section. 99% of people won't beat a boss/run and gun section on their first try, as it takes a while to get the patterns of enemies and how to counter them. Would recommend this to anyone it truly is an amazing game.
