It's a beautiful game visually with tons of style, but as others have mentioned the game feels aimless and with no stated goals after getting the car, and with so much text and no auto advance I burnt out pretty quickly on this one.

Four things to maybe consider adding in an update:
+auto advancing dialogue
+rebindable controls (I know Steam offers a workaround but it is a pain)
+A toggle maybe for the accelerator? (I have RSI so this is maybe to specific but it would be nice lol)
+a stated goal or direction after unlocking the taxi (I'm thinking about other games in this genre? Short Hike and Little gator game -- all of them have an overarching goal/story that helps keep you engaged, especially coming from the Wuppo team, I was kinda expecting something more grand)

A pretty good metroidvania-lite experience (minimal backtracking and fairly linear) that's really elevated by it aesthetics (art, lighting, music, feel, and theming). Hopefully the game is updated with more options for backtracking to previous areas, as you can get locked out if you move to far ahead, and I'd like more optional content but for what it is, I had a good time.

Don't play this expecting Hollow knight or Animal Well levels of open ended exploration, its more akin Doinksoft games likes Gato Roboto and Gunbrella or Metroid Fusion and Zero Mission.

Its...fine, but I would only really recommend it to fans of cinematic platformers. It brings up some interesting mechanical ideas, although it ends up feeling a bit gimmicky with the perspective shift. The story is fairly derivative of other works and dialogue is occasionally pretty cringe (think marvel humor, puny), but it occasionally has some excellent chase sequences where the dual protagonists really come into play.

It definitely could have shaved off and hour or two, but overall it has a nice presentation, emotive voice acting, some interesting game play moments, and its a somewhat enjoyable thriller.

Its classic rpg psychological horror maker camp with an excellent presentation, but a word of advice definitely play it with guide on hand, as the puzzles are quite terrible overall. There are a ton of moments that really needed a lot more play testing and polish to truly shine, and its a little disappointing they didn't make it into the remaster, but the bones are here for fans of the genre.

It really grew on me over time, but you definitely need some patience as the game is quite cryptic. But if you got a hankering for really weird obscure games, this is definitely worth a play.

First things first, its got that AI stank, voices obviously but I'm also pretty sure the dialogue and character portraits too, just very stiff and unnatural. Lol I'd rather have bad/no voice acting and writing than this.

Aside from that the flight controls are interesting, but the resource gathering and bar stuff is just pure tedium add to that the plane moves so slow and its just kinda okay. I could see getting into this if you like the management stuff but for the flying, not so much.

Hmmm I'd recommend detuned or eldritch parasite over this one, but its still got that trademark crypticness from Ape Hardware, some the great looking renders and soundscapes. I couldn't get into this one, but if you have the patience its an interesting take on a text adventure.

A number of the negative review are almost all about price, which has notably been cut since launch. That is not even mentioning the constant sales that bring down the game and all DLC to less than four dollars. In either case the game is worth the small price point as a fun remote play or lan game.

Aside from that its a simple strategy game that's great for more inexperienced players or those looking for a more laid back experience. I also love the short bite sized nature of each game. Its not super complex so don't come in expecting that, but its great to chat over with friends.

Ehhh its interesting step forward from pony island, but ignoring the meta narrative stuff its rather mediocre. I think he did a far better job with inscription in terms of a more interesting mystery meta-narrative, combined with, well, something that's actually enjoyable to play. Regardless, its an interesting one to take a look at for fans.

AI Art is gonna be a no from me, and I wouldn't have purchased this if I had known. The concept is somewhat interesting, but hopefully the dev can actually pay an artist next time.
