Rounds 16 to 20 ( and probably till round 25) : no recoil or aimbot, no dispersion.
+ He has obviously the ennemies positions, like round 20 at the end, he s going to balcony straight to the ennemy position (left side), there was so many possibilities.
Regarding his behaviour it's probably a map with all points instead of a wallhack. Classic case.
