Imagine Far Cry 5 if it didn't suck, combined with the theme of borderlands and gameplay of doom. Tons of abilities and unlockable stuff, everytime you play you are rewarded with atleast *something* whether it be taking down a bandit base or finding a new fast travel location. I haven't run into any bugs yet and the pre-order bonus was applied for me without having to make a bethesda account. In fact, I haven't had to make a bethesda anything, so not sure if that only applies to users with the deluxe edition or what.
It's a blast to play and I'm playing it to tide me over until Borderlands 3, or Doom 2 whichever comes first

In short, not as good as Darksiders 2 in terms of gameplay. I only played about 20 minutes but it already felt like I was playing darksiders 2 with a fury "mod". No gear customization, atleast not as extensive as D2, I'm sure you can change your weapons but that whip really turned me off. The animations just looked off.

There is absolutely no reason on why i spent $30+ on a game already in early access, to have it make a sub-version called "Battlerite royale" for $18 sold separately.
Are you insane? I'm a founder because i thought the game had fun gameplay about 2 years ago, and now you want me to buy it again?

This game is great, over 390 hours in the original pc release and hopefully more in this release. Notice how all negative reviews are complaining about "omni directional rolling" ((which would nullify bosses without reworking their animations and attacks)), "hackers" ((bro just get a purging stone and the egg head remover you crybaby)) and "bugs" ((UHN BACKSTAB CHAINS))
♥♥♥♥♥ this is the old dark souls pc release how it was meant to be, stable. With more players. And better connectivity between players.

Same ♥♥♥♥ AI that runs into each other for seven minutes straight right at the ledge you need to jump on to get to the vent to save their worthless lives. The same ♥♥♥♥ AI is masterfully adjusted to be worse, seemingly, on NPCS that appear scared or frieghtened. The same ♥♥♥♥ AI appears frequent throughout the game and will, no doubt, ruin atleast one time limit on a major case, causing you to start a new game but with the same goofy outfit.
All this.

Don't.
If it had a second joystick in place of that stupid, cancerous haptic touch pad, this controller would be a win.
Thing is, it has a cancerous haptic touch pad.

Furi is a game about fighting bosses.
It's fun and challenging-
The thing is, some of the challenging bits can be pretty unfair the first run through. You pretty much HAVE to die in this game to learn the boss moves that come out of nowhere. There's also the whole learning to parry when you see the white flash, but in some boss fights, after the white flash occurs they feint, so you're already stuck mid parry from muscle memory and then get half your health wiped from that missed parry.
Besides that and a few annoying one shot deaths from the sniper boss due to wonky wall hit boxes, it's alright.
It's just the feinting boss moves that piss me off so, so so much.
