Honestly one of the best experiences I've ever had in years, if not longer. A bit niche maybe but the experience is well worth the time, and the effort put in to experience it and improve at it's mechanics. So much so this is one of less then 10 reviews I've ever written on steam. 9.5/10, the nearest to perfection and well worth the time.

Small sized updates that only address the problem for maybe a week before they're back with no major content patches anymore. The bots are a constant threat and even if they're not in your game currently they weigh down the experience, and when they are they are a nuisance and sometimes impossible to deal with. Valve outright said they'd do something TWO YEARS ago but have hardly done anything meanwhile they're still using it as an idle cash cow off of community content. You said you loved this game too Valve, where's that love. One of your games is being strangled by people that get a kick out of ruining peoples' fun. A classic game that's next to unkillable is slowly being strangled by a rare few of it's community, scaring off newcomers and old veterans alike. How can one of the most famous games come to this and be left to rot.

Used to be a cool little arena shooter, cool weapons and some nice stuff going on. But after it was pretty much left to rot it's now unable to be even played. In order to run the game at all (as it looks for the game's online servers) you need to play with steam set to offline. But now you can't even do that as it just completely dies at the main menu and won't even function. A completely broken, sad mess.
