A classic game that's next to unkillable is slowly being strangled by a rare few of it's community, scaring off newcomers and old veterans alike. How can one of the most famous games come to this and be left to rot.

Used to be a cool little arena shooter, cool weapons and some nice stuff going on. But after it was pretty much left to rot it's now unable to be even played. In order to run the game at all (as it looks for the game's online servers) you need to play with steam set to offline. But now you can't even do that as it just completely dies at the main menu and won't even function. A completely broken, sad mess.
