Actually I had a very similar problem with the mod "Difficulty Increase (Difinitive Edition)"
It came with a descriptor.mod file and a bunch of .dds files burried several subfolders deep. I still have the old downloads to show it too. So maybe it's something that is effecting multiple mods? However, I just redownloaded it and now it's a .pak file.

I just redownloaded yours too and now It has things like _Improved_ Smithing.img, _Improved_ Smithing.info, and _Improved_ Smithing.mod as well as a bunch of .dds files several subfolders deep, which is different from how it (your mod) appeared earlier, broken into a bunch of different files called things like Human_Portrait and stuff, with .dds files as well.

No idea what's going on but maybe that'll help.

Hey. I'm not really sure how to message you directly or comment on the mod page, but I am wondering how do I install your six man difficulty mod for Divinity 2 Original Sin DE? The actual file is a .KFM file and I'm not sure where to put it. I also don't see a maps folder anywhere. Your mod is perfect, I just don't know how to install it. Any helped would be appreciated! Thanks
