Wanted to check it out, loaded it up with my Xbone controller wired in, went through the intro and... sat there. Watching the ABXY diamond flash at me. For several minutes. As I pressed every button on my controller, repeatedly, with absolutely zero effect. Went online to check the issue, found comments from early May, it currently being late August, three months and change later, describing the same problem. Forty-two comments later, spanning most of the month, and the next-to-last says it's fixed... on Steam Deck. So I guess PC users are just left high and dry on this? Fun.
