GOOD

cool game

Fun, 2D rouge game. If you die, it's usually your fault. The randomly generated items that you pick up are definately important for going as many levels as you can, but as far as beating the game by choosing stage you can get throught it no matter which items you pick up. All that matters is that you know how to use the character that you've selected with it's special abilities and that you pick items up when you can. It's a good game. Definately get it if it's on sale

Hawken is pretty good fun.

The community is pretty small though since I've remembered half their names, but if you're looking for something different then this is the game for you.

This is coming from someone who doesn't have very much experience from playing the Ghost Recon series, so keep that in mind

I found this game fun for the first 7 levels where I played with the mentally handicapped like myself.

Jokes aside, this game is a blast if you roll out with your friends with mics and communicate. Together, you can stomp out the elite lone wolfs. Lest your friends be good too though, your team will be destroyed if you come up against a good clan that works together, as it should be. However, I don't think you should be matched up with them in the first place if there is that a great of a difference in skill.

It's nice that they match new people with each other at first, but I wish they would try to do that throughout all the levels that you go through.

Of course this would mean longer wait times when trying to match up a game, so I realize that there needs to be some sort of compromise.

TL;DR: 8/10 as it is, 10/10 if they make a better matching system.

After 1.2 patch

Aim times have decreased drastically.
A rifle used by the assault class used to take around .7-.8 seconds to bring to the shoulder and fire. This caused the player to think before he moved because others already in cover would have 0 sec ready time opposed to someone running.

After this patch, assault rifles only have .2-.3 ready times. This allows for a huge amount of error for those who like to run and gun. This basically makes this game like call of duty or battlefield. I guess those games aren't bad, but I wanted this game because it was different, now it is not.

Not recommended after this patch.

This game is ok I guess.
