A promise lingered as he said, "Be on soon, friends." Hours turned to days, hope waned. Tragically, his friends waited in vain, forever offline. Life's brevity taught him the cost of empty words, a heavy silence echoing their absence. Promises unkept, friendships lost, a poignant lesson learned too late.
