++Ascension Perks are the secondary features of the pack and they're by far the best thing about it, adding buffs to the Empire who owns them and of course the "Ascension Paths" and "Megastructures".

+Ascension Paths are pretty good, I've really played with three of the two but tested them all, they're ranked as from OK to 10/10

++Psionic Trancendance: By far the coolest thing in the pack, a long build up to a brilliant payoff, the writing is spot on, the events are interesting and the perk itself can be useful for the entire game. Shame it's for Spritualists only. :(
+Synthetic Evolution: Pretty good, no 10/10, but good (I've also found that Synth's are worse than Cyborgs, mainly in Admirals, Cyborgs get 15% fire rate and Synths get 5%, shouldn't it be the other way around?).
+Genetic Mastery: By far the least interesting, just get some more Trait points and be able to modify and create more Hive Mind members (Will talk about this later!), no "real" special events or abilites unlike the other two.

-Megastructures: The main feature of the pack are kinda ♥♥♥♥ not only due from the cost but the time till they're truly effective, from pretty good to ♥♥♥♥.

+Sentry Array: Provides the builder with a massive sensor array, able to see everything on the map, great tactical advanage.
+/-Dyson Sphere: I don't see the point, if you can build a sphere just kill a Fallen Empire and take it's capital. Faster, less expensive and you'll gain tech too!
-Science Station: I also don't see the point, nice on paper, but if you want science, once again, raid a Fallen Empire and reseach every piece of scrap you see. If they wanted to make it good, make it give increased research speed.
-Ring World: Completely pointless, it's just four Gaia worlds. I thought people liked the Ring firstly for the buildings and secondly tech savvy it made Empires look, not the fact its a big Gaia planet.

+/-Unique Civics and governments: Get this for the Hive Mind and the Fanatical Purifiers as both of them (Mainly the Hive Mind) change gameplay massively, the other civics aren't worth it.

+/- Indoctrination: I don't know, I very rarely used it and it's less effective than just indoctrinating them, maybe a Xenophile might get some mileage out of it but not me.

+/- Advanced Slavery: Read Indoctrination, seems pretty good, I wouldn't know.

Summary: Is Utopia worth $20? I'd say yes, similarly to with Leviathans the writing really sucks you in (Especially with Psionic Trancendance) the Ascension Perks are a really nice addition, not so much to make it unfair but enough to make light ripple, Hive Minds are really fun and make you change up your tactic (Unless you're a Xenophobe you psychotic prick) and if you wanna check it out for yourself I recommend trying to play with someone who has it, you'll gain the Ascension Perks and be able to check them out for yourself.

++Enclaves are really good. They make energy useful again and worth holding onto! There are three types Curators, Artists and traders

+The main feature of the pack are the "Leviathans". There are 6 of them; A space dragon, a massive ship, an interdimensional horror, a techno sphere, a fortress, hentai monsters. a sun sucker and a meteor hive thing. Most of your encounters with them won't be very long (depending on which Leviathan) as either A: You'll be strong enough to kill them and claim your reward for doing so.
B: You'll lose to them because you underestimated their strength or your own and then try again later down the line.

+* War in Heaven: I don't know about this, I haven't really had enough to fully understand it all, my experience is one of pain, the best method I can see is to side with the empire whom awakened first, they most likely would've made more ships (unless the AI starts sucking their thumbs again) as they have more minerals to make more ships as it resets when an empire awakens and thus will be able to out produce and win. Like I said before though I haven't had that much time with the HaW to fully understand it so others experiences will be different.

Now you may be noticing that for a DLC that costs $10 that there isn't much, and you'd be right, while the content is useful at best, you don't need any of this stuff its all if you've become bored with regular Stellaris and want something more, and even then it fails, the Leviathans aren't very prevalant, they mostly stay in their system and do nothing. Enclaves make energy useful but you don't need the enclaves at all. At the beginning you rarely find one, at the endgame you don't really need them at all. Midgame is the one that really benefits from all of them.

Should you buy this? EHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. It's up to you, if you enjoy Stellaris already and want more, then go ahead (I will admit that the writing is superb as usual) if you aren't so sure then wait for a sale or buy something else.

*: After a few more WiHs I'm a fan, the massive chaos is fun, only problem is the AI is brain dead so they just ♥♥♥♥ about and slow the war to a crawl.

So you want to by Hotline Miami 2? Well let me give you my opinion I assume thats why your down here right

Overall:
Buy it if your looking for a game to put some time into but if not buy the first Hotline Miami and then comeback to this game once you've made your choice but read on if you want to my more indepth opinion of this vidya gam

Pros:
1.Handsdown the best soundtrack in gaming history it mixs so well with gameplay and the levels its just amazing if you don't like that gameplay just buy the soundtrack at the very least you'll be doing yourself a favor.
2.The gameplay is straight # from the last game it hasn't got worse or better because it doesn't need improving if you like that style of a Rambo made of egg shells this game is for you.
3.The story isn't a complete flop and is semi easy to follow if you want to learn more about it click this link but don't watch it if you haven't completed it (wait why am I putting the link here then?)https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ua9b1-G-TWg
4.The masks let you switch up the style of gameplay some easier than others like Tony the Tiger who only uses his fists or a pair of swans one using a chainsaw one using a pistol but core is "KILL ALL OF THE THINGS"
5.The Hard mode is like a dare "What is this dare you speak of" imagine this you would get $100 if you lived through your balls getting slowly crushed by a sledgehammer that weighs 50tons its horrible and you consider if your time spent doing the dare was worth $100

Cons

1.The game is VERY long almost to the point where it become a chore to play through add hard mode to that and it becomes a very long annoying and most of all fustrating chore.
2.The map maker is missing at this point in the game (This the date I'm typing this on 26/9/2015 ) a feature that was promised when the game was showed off which was a dissapointment you can get it though the problem is that it is broken and is some how still in Alpha.
