Well made prequel which I enjoyed a lot.
Also, if you've never played LiS before, then I'd recommend to play the first game before you start this one

Probably one the best RPG I've ever played and definitely the best title of DA series. The other ones are...well... not that good.
It has awesome story with great characters. Of course you can find some little bugs but they are not gamebreaking and you can enjoy the game even with them.
It holds a special place in my heart and I always like to get back and go trough the story once again.
