The Easy Anti Cheat update made it impossible for me to have VRChat anymore. My computer would run into HEAVY performance issues and would bluescreen once a day because of EAC.

Moment I uninstalled EAC and VRChat, my computer was fine again.

If your computer tends to not get along with Anti Cheat softwares, take a hard pass on VRChat.

But fr though, BoI has been a comfort game for years and I always loved to play it to cope with my own religious traumas. It's refreshing to have a game showcase a lot of the biblical imagery I grew up with without being attached to the people in my life that made it so sour. Isaac's final ending when you go up against the Beast, hearing him think to himself as the reason why his parents fought or thinking that if he indulged in religion too that maybe he could be 'something' in his mother's eyes really messed me up man. Not full on crying, but it leaves me there sitting for a bit as it has me retrack my own thoughts growing up and how much religion was misused in my home.

Outside of 'it ok', it's a good game that helps me cope and have been playing it for YEARS because of that. Thank you Edmund for making such a game, it helps.

I will say that the only complaint I have is that they had more of those ad-type games.

Instead of 100 levels for the 5 types, they should have had 50-60 levels for about 6-8 types of these games. Surprised I didn't see any of those "hole eating" games or the "multiply your stickmen" games considering how popular those are.

I hope this receives some updates to include a bit more variety, but other than that it's a decent game. I'm fine with paying the 10 USD if it means there will be more updates in the future.

It was a little jarring to get used to an over the shoulder perspective, but I got used to it quickly. It's a game you basically HAVE to play with friends to make it fun, keep that in mind everyone!

I had heard a lot of negative things about the game from friends, so I was hesitant to get the game. However, one friend knew I had masochistic tendencies when it came to games and wholeheartedly recommended for me to buy it.

Well, they weren't wrong.

Even at the easiest difficulty and grinding like crazy, you don't even have to be in a fight to have your heroes be tested. I have had the full party be at death's door more than 5 times in one battle at the very beginning of the quest and yet I still clutched it.

7 hours in and having only lost 1 hero (tbh she had bad stats even when upgraded), the game is highly stressful, so unforgiving, and I recommend it if you're looking for your day to get ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up.

Simple game, and with only a simple tutorial to show the game works it's very easy to catch on.

The power-ups differ between characters, so the game does have you juggling between characters to see what the power-ups do. But, that's not a bad thing. It makes you try out each character, and the more you play the more characters you get.

It's a game that treats you the more you play.

(Also 10/10 you guys got me hungry I had to fry some eggs.)

Just ignore the troll shaman and you're good.

Only issue is that it sometimes crashes whenever I play online with friends.
