Another solid from soft title and probably the best open-world title on the market at the moment. The world the player experiences feels meticulously crafted, opposed to many of its counterparts where large swaths of the map feel auto generated.

The combat is almost perfect. my only complaint is the camera does struggle at times with very quick moving enemies that pass overhead and flying enemies. Heavy attacks have also been improved considerably since dark souls 3 but could still be tweeked to do more poise damage. Often times it still feels redundant.

Only reason why this isn't a masterpiece is the technical issues that game has at times. The tree sentinel boss fight for example causes constant stuttering during battle. The game also doesn't play nice with my antivirus(AVG) having frame drops while it is enabled for no reason. Crashing is also not too uncommon. Ironically turning up the settings to max helped the fps. Current rig is a ryzen 7 and 6900xt, there is no excuse for poor performance.

Worth a play for sure.

Early Access Review
Best RPG I've played in years. Characters regard you differently based on your actions, combat is straightforward but still challenging and the story is pretty solid.

CS:GO Review
I've played a fair bit of cs in my time. Not to the extent of others but to a fair extent. From a game design/ game play state it's really solid. The gunplay is excellent, the combat is thrilling. CSGO only really has one major flaw. Its anticheat. VAC is basically useless. In competitive matchmaking, even in prime, you will encounter subtle cheats like wallhacks or triggerbots. On occasion you will verse a player which simply can't handle losing and will rage hack blatantly to steal your win and waste your time. Its a solid game to play casually, but i can't recommend it until they do something about the cheaters infesting even prime.

Absolutely brilliant. The combat is quite possibly the best I've ever experienced in any game. The platforming is not too bad and the soundtrack and visuals are superb. This is truly the legacy Doom deserves.

Current Review of 7.28: Not too much has really changed since 7.27 as a whole. The map, most characters and almost all game mechanics are the same as last patch. There is a new hero which doesn't have a single lacklustre spell and is all round good a lot of things. Good for damage, good for escape, good for ganking. Seems to be a common trend with new heroes being released.

I wasn't really happy with the state of the game last patch. It still felt like too much of a deathball everygame, win or lose. This patch is almost identical but with a raccoon as a new playable hero. No change to map or core mechanics, typically if you're winning in the beginning of the match and don't completely throw you'll win at the end of the match.

Smurfing still cripples any semblance of a fair competitive matchmaking system, from herald to divine. The influx of old players coming back to test out some changes has helped somewhat with this, but not to a large extent.

Dota to me, was and still probably is the best MOBA available on the market but it's on the decline and for good reason. The game has become simpler and more brawl focused, shadowing other aspects of the game which made Dota unique. It likes to nick ideas from League of Legends on occasion but I think this does it a disservice. League is a vastly shallower game experience and Dota would do poorly to emulate it.

If you haven't tried Dota before maybe you'll enjoy yourself but for players who've stuck around for a while like myself and some of my friends, it's unimpressive to what it once was. The developers would do well to remember what made Dota 2 a great game, rather than finding a new, shiny and exciting gimmick to distract from the increasing shallowness of it's design.

For the future i can only hope the developers re-evaluate what they are going to do with this game. Otherwise i see it heading down the route of other MOBA's and being superseded by a better product, such as Dota 2 superseding HON.

If you, like me, are a man of fine culture, heritage, taste and status, then you will agree pretending to shoot things is immensely satisfying. These things you pretend to shoot are called zeds. You need to shoot a lot of them. It's challenging and has a great soundtrack with a number of classes to play from. All of them are good. Except berserker due to its main prerogative being to hit things rather than shoot them(just kidding).

I'm going to be frank. Like most card games artifact was made with the intention of making back its costs and then some. It is, however, a stellar example of the virtual card game genre. Perhaps being the most pleasing card game it also boasts a great number of mechanics. If you're like myself the is quite desirable. Phantom draft is essentially artifact's arena mode except unlike all those other free to play card games there is a casual mode that allows for infinite play at no additional cost.

The most common complaint for this game is the monetization system valve implimented. This game costs money (I know outrageous right?) but compared to the cost of being up to date for a hearthstone expansion it's cheap. You can also buy the cards that you need directly. Taking all this into consideration i think people are upset due to the death of half life three and as sheeple tend to do when they're upset they bandwagon.

Overall, stricktly speaking, the game design itself is excellent, you can play casual phantom draft for no added cost, find a deck for constructed and purchase the cards necessary fro a fraction of the cost of other card games, challeng friends and play competively.

Lets not kid ourselves no one is actually going to grind for all the cards in those other free card games anyway. Give it a go you'll be suprised.
