I like the game, the authentic atmosphere of the old west, cowboys vs. lovecraftian like monsters. The sound is awesome, visuals are stunning. But the PvP element of the game is pretty weak. I'm not good at it, but it's not normal to die everytime with a headshot when you move a lot and you are not a standing target, or even if the enemy dont know where are you, but still one shot you from afar.
I would recommend the game a lot because of the mechanics and the PvE. But the PvP neets a polish. And better anti-cheat program.
