UPDATE: Latest Patch finally had a fix and then the game prompts you to do a clean driver install... Still insane it took them 5 months to solve this. Definitely have lost the excitement to play

My first 100 hours in this game at the time of launch were amazing and I recently bought the Phantom Liberty dlc to get back into the game during the Holiday season.

Unfortunately, the latest update has broken the game for me... Upon launch the game crashes right at the end of the Cyberpunk 2077 logo screen.
Tried every troubleshooting option under the sun and my pc is well above the minimums to no avail.
Despite hundreds of players posting the exact same issue in the technical boards on steam and cdpr forums, there has yet to be any kind of patch or response to an obviously massive issue in over 3 weeks.
PLAYERS SHOULD NOT HAVE TO DO THE WORK OF THE DEV TO GET THEIR GAME TO WORK.

Until this issue is fixed how can I recommend this great game to anyone who would be taking a gamble whether it will work or not.
