HD2 is ridiculously good.

It's got some problems - particularly on the technical side of things. I have to limit my GPU max frequency to 95%, otherwise it crashes and glitches out all the time, and as I write this there is a notorious glitch that gets the game stuck forever on the loading screen, forcing a restart.

But despite those issues, HD2 has a ridiculously good core gameplay loop that I just keep coming back to. Running around, picking my fights, calling down artillery and airstrikes on the Bots, and clawing my way through the missions by tooth and nail, just never gets old.
