This one time my buddy and I went to the badlands, south dakota to be exact. We had a great time, there were moments when we got really hot and we needed water, so we would buy some. Whole gallons in the back of the car. We drank all the water. One time on the side of the road during our travels through the state park, we saw a Van.

It said Depesche Mode on the side, with Dave Gahan's face on it. We knew it had to be them. So I knocked on the side of the door van, and who opened up the door, but reach out touch faith man himself. So naturally we invited ourselves in with our star struck awe. We got in and sat down on one of their beds, they were already hooked up and practicing there tunes; their mad licks.

It was intense, so I picked up the guitar, and my buddy Sam picked up a drum stick, and while we ALL were playing a jam session of "Personal Jesus" I did a guitar solo. Dave uses this solo from time to time now when they go live, and I think about it every time and it makes me cry the end.
