Play's like ♥♥♥♥♥. Combat is not satisfying at all, it's a walking simulator between boring scripted fights (and a very slow one for that). Your teammates make fights even more painful thanks to their 'brilliant' AI.

The gameplay is okay and it is quite satisfying half of the time but I find there's a lot of missed potential here. Aesthetically it's clearly not my cup of tea and in my opinion it can't hold a candle to its inspiration.

Original review: Unstable framerates, variable input lag, screen flickering, lost save games... Overrated piece of poorly optimized software.

Update: after deleting the content of the Config directory and running the game in windowed mode instead of full screen seems to solved my issues (except for the lost saved game).

Pretty much does what it advertises. Handy little app.

What an utter piece of crap! The game can't even get through the loading screen. After I select new game and select a save slot the game freezes on the loading screen.
Never had a problem with any of my games on Steam and my rig is waaay above the recommended specs.

Feels like SoulCalibur, plays like SoulCalibur. A good debut of the SoulCalibur franchise on PC.

If you are new to fighting games or want to build a solid base skill with 2D fighting games this is the game you are looking for.
