VRChat is trying to implement Easy Anti-Cheat. An "anti-cheat" service that has a horrible track record of catching malicious behavior and is easy to bypass. This will make the game even more unplayable as malicious modding will be almost impossible to protect against. VRC devs are just scared of regular people doing their job better then they can.
